About the same as Michigan offering Les Miles a job? Les gets the talent at LSU and gets to coach against the best talent, in the SEC. Why would he step down to Meatchicken? Spare me the sentiment ......... that don't pay the bills. Yeah, he could win the Big 10 Conference Championship much easier, but that's like being Little League World Champs.
Denardo left LSU for the B10, thought the row would be easier to hoe. Don't think he had another win. Saban on the otherhand was only a .500 coach in the B10. seems to beat LSU on a yearly basis now as well as the rest of the sEC.

Denardo didn't leave Baton Rouge on his own accord, he was chased out of town by a bunch of pissed off Cajuns.

Saban didn't have athletic talent to work with in the Big 10, either. It just isn't there. Saban gets very good talent at alabama now.

The name was changed from Dinardo's to Ruffino's after former Tiger Ruffin Rodrigue took it over.

Saban still wouldn't be better than .500 ball in the B10
