Stole laptops from fellow students, got caught cheating 3 times and got kicked out of Florida and took money to go to auburn. Maybe that and having no class has something to do with people not liking this jackass.
I knew I didn't like him. Always seemed like an arrogant prick. Now he's an arrogant racist prick.

Bert Jones from the Baltimore Colts was 6'3, 210 pounds. The other QBs listed didn't/don't make a point of antagonizing their opponents, either. Hey, I could be wrong...as I said, IF I was a betting man. Often, the League polices itself, and people get taken care of, one way or the other...we will see, I guess.

As I said elsewhere, it's easy to do those things when you've signed that contract with $50M guaranteed, plus $10m more each year. Easy to be generous then. I hope he's learned his lessons from life, and is never again in a position of need...Good luck...BUT, those of us who remember, and know why he didn't finish at UF or go to Ole Miss/Miss St will not hold him in such high regard. We should forgive...but not forget. So you don't think people change, especially as the grow older? Let me just say that I was one of Newtons biggest critics when he was drafted. But he has come a long way in his maturation and time will indeed tellMaybe...but when you change conditions, it changes things... Like the standards from when I was in the Army...everything was TASK, CONDITIONS, & STANDARD. It is easy to give away footballs (that he doesn't pay for, BTW) when you're making big bucks...when he wasn't making big bucks, he wasn't giving...

It's much tougher to give when you don't have much, but we don't know for sure if he and his family were are weren't. It's also probably very easy to keep all those millions to his self, but he gives back to the community and that's a good thing. Btw, giving balls away does not constitute a monetary penalty, there is none for handing a ball to a fan. Throwing or kicking the ball into the stands is a penalty that carries a fine, several thousand I believe
