msu is a #1 seed.
purdue, indiana, maryland are 3 seeds, at worst 4 seeds. especially indiana, who won the conference regular season title and now has to then play kentucky and north carolina!!

true, but some skills will have rougher roads than others. iu, for example, who won the big 10 regular season, faces a possible matchup w/kentucky in the 2nd round. pretty damn early to meet the 'cats. then unc likely awaits. that's challenging. compare that to, say, #6 seed arizona in the south, whose likely trek would involve the vandy/wichita st winner, then the miami fl/buffalo winner, and then villanova/iowa/temple. which path would appear easier to you?

KY Jelly is saying the same thing about Indy. That's what happens w the level of teams in the tourney today. A whole lot of above average teams, imo. Then another group that, if they get on a run, could beat most for a cpl of games.

So much for putative #1 seeds...

Where did all of our Big Ten fans go? i was in brooklyn over the weekend for my bachelor party!! michigan state lost. it happens. a 15 beats a 2 every now and then. just further proves why the ncaa tournament is so awesome. big ten still being represented well by indiana, wisconsin and maryland. but it's very doubtful any of these teams advance much further.
