I think I'm gonna make a roasted leg of lamb coated w pomegranate molasses, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, aleppo pepper, dried mint and ground cumin mixture. Coat, fold and cover overnight then roast. Brush with pomegranate molasses at rest. If anyone has another LOLamb recipe they like, I'll be a reader.

That Gregorian Chant is also sung in the Roman-Catholic Church from Easter Sunday on every day of the whole week of Easter. It´s really not only a song of victim but also of victory. The dinner of lamb is something I acquired later in life.

The dinner of lamb is something I acquired later in life. Yes, I used to sing that Latin chant in a Gregorian (Old Catholic) Schola Cantorum. One of my favorite Gregorian chants. (And not that easy to sing.)
Lamb is the traditional Paschal meal in the Orthodox East-- a tradition that derives, like the Church, from Judaism.
Didn't your Armenian relatives serve lamb on Pascha?

I usually buy lamb in October, because that is the month they are freshly slaughtered. This Easter we will stick to a simple ham dinner, since I am in the process of moving and starting a new job.

All I'm bringing are pies. 1 Pina Colada pie and one Midori Cream & Strawberry mousse pie. After being so busy for the last 9 months or so it's nice to have time in the kitchen again!
