Trying to remember the last time that happened, taking 3 in Detroit and then the same in Cleveland. Had to have been the mid 90s. Good to see Brantley warm up, going 4-5 w a double and 3 rbis. Plus he and kipnis pulled off a couple defensive gems.
Indians now back above .500 at 13-12 w the royals coming to town for 3. Kc will miss Kluber who shut out Detroit 4-0 last night.

Love love love Lindor. Tomlin scrapped. Brantley came up clutch. We sell need more than one player batting above .260, but 2 out of 3 from the royals I'll take every chance we get. Combine that with the cabs taking both games in Atlanta to sweep that series, and I'd call that an enjoyable weekend. |

Taking 2 of 3 from the World Series Champs certainly makes me hopeful. Clutch hitting and solid defense behind Tomlin today Love love love Lindor. Tomlin scrapped. Brantley came up clutch. We sell need more than one player batting above .260, but 2 out of 3 from the royals I'll take every chance we get. Combine that with the cabs taking both games in Atlanta to sweep that series, and I'd call that an enjoyable weekend. _ _the Cavs now can sit wait and let the Heat/Raptors grind it out |

And Ventura has the White Sox on a nice run___4 series sweeps in 6 weeks of baseball. you don't want to lose touch with the division leader early. 5 games back after 5 weeks isn't ideal but it's manageable. a year ago at this time the tribe was 10-19 and 9 games back. |
