Matters not, I believe. You are the winner. Congrats I want to make the pick. Those of us that picked Alabama or Clemson have 2 points on the line if we picked the winner plus a point for the game. I think the final pecking order should matter to boot. I'm sure Walt intends to put up the spread so we can pick. |

It gets a little complicated if we do another pick.
First, for those who picked Wazzu or OSU, they sorta get a Mulligan. Second, do we let someone who picked Bama now switch to Clemson? If so, they effectively hedge their bet, which don't seem fair.
So, what should we do?
Demand that if you picked Bama, you stay Bama and then give another point for picking Bama twice if they win? That doesn't seem fair either if you watched Clemson play and now think they are the better team.

In part 3, we blind picked who we thought the national champion would be for 2 bonus points. Only those who picked Alabama or Clemson as national champion are still in the running for the 2 bonus points. The picks have already been made so there is no changing. For example, I picked bama. If bama wins regardless of the spread, I get 2 points. In this case, anybody who picked any of the other 3 playoff teams gets 0 bonus points. 2. Use part 4 as a single game, national championship game, pick using the spread. As in the other game picks, the winner gets 1 point and the loser gets 0. The part 3 blind national champion pick and part 4 can result in 0 to 3 points depending on the picks. Seems simple enough. What am I missing? Harry is the winner with the 4 point lead, but I'd like to see it out to get a final pecking order for the bowl tournament. |

But that gives me an idea... tell ya what...

I'm willing to stick with my original blind pick and the -7 LOL...about a quarter of the wise guys are actually shaving the half point and rolling with minus 6. At Clemson +6, I'm taking Clemson. I think bama wins, but it is going to be closer than that. |

At 10:30 AM CST today, the Vegas Insiders consensus has it at bama -6 1/2. A couple of sites has it at bama -7.
