I would HOPE Trump's DoJ would be honest.  We know it hasn't been under Obama.  If they decide to investigate Obama, we know there is enough evidence of his crimes to at least warrant an indictment.

I know you aren't all that good with lawyering stuff, but even YOU should know what malfeasance in office is.
