The question was raised in response to the Trump vs Obama drama in Executive Orders -
When is an executive order an abuse of power and when is it not?
I thought we would get some interesting debate in this regard...

With the final word being w the SCOTUS. Problem is they can't enforce their decisions. No. It's still holding. With government, its a constant replay review. That's why constant vigilance is necessary from the other two branches of gov't and Congress needs to hold the POTUS' feet to the fire.

That's why constant vigilance is necessary from the other two branches of gov't and Congress needs to hold the POTUS' feet to the fire. No argument from me. OK it's always holding but there's no penalty until it's called. And as we have seen in FB, the rule of what constitutes holding can change.
