I bought some J-ville brats on sale tonite WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THEM ON THIS FINE AND GREATEST OF SUMMER HOLIDAYS? Ideas? What are the ingredients in those things? I would try brats except I don't like food containing mystery ingredients. I'll eat Hebrew National hotdogs, but that is about it.

Put some REAL sauerkraut on 'em with the mustard. I have 'em that way most of the times but do the sauteed onions and peppers almost as much.

I was going to do a smoked pork loin but our guests had to cancel due to the wife waking up this morning with an impacted tooth/swollen face. I told Rick he needs to stop beating his wife! So I think I may go with brats tomorrow too! And Walt's mom's outstanding tater salad but I'm going to add celery and, dig this, a smidgen of minced fresh jalapeno!! That's the secret ingredient in wifey's awesome homemade cole slaw...

Put some REAL sauerkraut on 'em with the mustard. I have 'em that way most of the times but do the sauteed onions and peppers almost as much. I actually have a jar of Kraut in the fridge. WooHoo...Didn't even think of it. Like the sauteed onions/red pepper idea as well. I also bought some Portuguese linguica and will be messin' with those as well.
