You see, there you go again. Ok, let me break it down for you, For the everyday law abiding citizen, He's NOT allowed ( by law ) to carry a gun into schools or bars. As long as he is in possession of a concealed carry permit, is not a convicted felon, and as long as he is not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, he CAN carry a weapon into a movie theatre. So there you have it. Obviously the mower guy will no longer be permitted to own a firearm so please refrain from assuming to know what I ( or the NRA ) think. You don't. Hope this helps. Oh. So you oppose open-carry laws that would permit mower guy from carrying? Walt, just shut your ignorant potato salad hole, and have a nice day.

Mower guy wasn't open carrying. He pulled his weapon from his front pocket. The guy defending himself was on his own property so he doesn't need a permit to open carry. If one lives in a state that allows open carry, then they can choose to do so. Fine with me. I prefer to carry my weapon concealed. I'm not one for attracting attention. Different strokes for different law abiding folks.

Even I, a California comrade, can open carry without a permit everyday, all day, so long as I'm on my own property and within a fenced area. Don't worry, the ass holes Walt votes for will scheme to take that right away from us too.

Is it 'open' carry, concealed carry or either/or? Haven't read the bill but I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to be drinking in the bar while carrying. And no, I'm still not in favor of carrying a gun in a bar unless it's a saloon owned by Miss Kitty. Now just shut the f-word up for once with your ever changing target style of gotcha. Dolt.

Funny that someone can get drunk, kill people in a car wreck, serve his sentence, then get back out and drive drunk again if he wants to, WITH a driver's license.
If we judged people by what bad things they MIGHT do, no Democrat would ever get elected.

Different strokes for different law abiding folks. I am assuming lawnmower guy was on his own property. If that is the case, he doesn't need a permit for ANYTHING.
I also don't open carry for the same reason --- I don't want the attention. But i HAVE open carried ----- right after the Baton Rouge cops were gunned down by that POS coward. I had the black band across my badge to show my support for my fallen brothers. Walked into the store, long hair and all, and the clerk simply said "I didn't know you are a cop."
I know I'm getting off topic, but I cringe when I see those "badges" that read "Concealed Weapons Permit." IMHO, that is cheesy and crossing the line, since it makes police impersonation that much easier. People who have never been police officers might disagree with me, but I look at it as a form of stolen valor. This thing looks EXACTLY like my real badge, except that mine has different wording, no blue enamel and has the LA state seal in the center.www.ebay.com/i/272520155847?chn=ps&dispItem=1If the average person saw that and didn't read it, would he think the carrier is a cop?

Once again, you lie.
The GA law allows bar owners the OPTION of allowing gun carriers into the premises. No one said they MUST allow it. Bar owners still have less rights than bakers, who MUST make cakes for homos. Oh wait, .............. if the gun carrier is a homo, does the bar owner HAVE to allow him in? Don't answer that because it was NOT a serious question.
Bottom line snowflake, if you are in Georgia, simply do NOT go into a place with a sign that says "Firearms are Allowed Inside."
P.S. Cops have been carrying guns into churches FOREVER. There is nothing wrong with that at all. Apparently you want a police state where only the police can have guns and the citizens are unarmed slaves.
