Some things are best left on the "manly man's" designing table. I can prove I have balls without blowing mine off!
And how much FUN does this look like? Two cylinderfuls and he is ready to go home.

Never had an interest in them. Me neither. You can look at the guy's face in Video #3 and tell he is NOT enjoying it, and he looks pretty tough to me. For pure fun, you still can't beat the little ole .22.

My brother had a stainless Ruger Redhawk .44mag with those skinny wood grips. I hated shooting that thing. He put a Pachmayr grip on it and that helped a little. By comparison, I can shoot my Dan Wesson 44V all day long and enjoy shooting. It has a big, round wood 'baseball bat' grip that spreads the recoil out evenly in the palm.

Well, if you can shoot ANY .44 Magnum with full house loads "all day long," you are a better man than I, Gunga Din.
Put a Tyler T-grip on that Redhawk, and forget those ugly Pachmayrs. My wife has a set on her Model 65 and I hate 'em. My Model 64 with a T-grip feels and looks so much better.

When I say all day long I mean that I can shoot a bunch and not feel like quitting like I did with that friggin Redhawk. I have no idea why they would put .38 style grips on a .44 mag.

Which end of the bat do you grab when you want to swing it properly?

Off topic and not involving a cta failure but one of the things many folks don't learn in SD training is how to clear a non-catastrophic failure. Sad especially when it's dues time. And it will eventually happen w a semi-auto pistol. It's what makes revolvers unique. It'll happen w them but you just keep pulling the trigger and rotating the cylinder.

And it will eventually happen w a semi-auto pistol. It's what makes revolvers unique. It'll happen w them but you just keep pulling the trigger and rotating the cylinder. Shoot revolvers enough and you'll have one lock up. I've had it happen to me. An improperly crimped round will walk out of the case under recoil and protrude from the cylinder face, making it impossible to rotate in the proper direction. The only cure is to take the gun apart, unless you bravely want to try to tap the errant bullet back into the case. (Not my style, for sure!) There are other malfunctions that can occur. A weak load can lodge a bullet in the barrel, and a followup shot is a disaster waiting to happen. If it is man made, it CAN break, and usually at the worst possible time.
"Normal malfunctions" in semiautos are easier and faster to clear than in revolvers, with proper training and practice. That's why when we qualified with semiautos for the PD, another person would throw in an unknown number of dummies into a mag, charge the gun for you and hand it to you. You never knew which round would not fire. Maybe 5 in a row, maybe none.
