Week 14, being the end of the season, is a bit shy of games that matter.
Beyond the CCGs, there isn't much but some bad Sunbelt games.
So the question is, with the tightness of the race should we stay with 15 games or shrink it to games that actually matter.
I'm talking about stuff like a pair of 2-9 teams Georgia Southern and Coastal Carolina. Do we want to be picking that kind of thing?
I've got them qued up, but I thought....Geez....a GS v CC game might decide things? Really?

As I sit here watching the Packers/Steelers...(I don't watch much pro ball, but dang...these guys are goooood)
A big thought struck me.
Why do we have a regular and separate post season tournament?
Why not just one tournament, culminating in the NC game?
Comments? (especially from you Mendoza line players)

Stonybrook, but I like that those kids are all in, as opposed to playing out the string between a pair of 2-9 teams.. |

But do you like the idea moving forward? I guess we will have 9 months to hammer it out, but I like it. With that in mind, is it too late also to include Div 2 games in a FBS contest? Shall we stick with FBS this week? I know more about the travail of Coal's favs from Coastal Carolina than I know about any Div 2 school. |

All kidding aside, pretty sure we've had a few FCS teams on the list in the past. I have no issue with including them in order to get the week up to 15 games.

As an aside, UTEP ended the year as the only winless FBS team. I'd have put them in, but, alas their season is over.
My senior year in HS, our team pulled off a last second tie, to end 0-9-1. We stormed the field in jubilation, so its all relative.
