Wouldn’t be shocked to see FSU jump to #1. They’ve beaten both Oklahoma and LSU this weekend. Especially if they beat Tennessee tomorrow. They run ruled the Tigers. Even without Jessie Warren this year, we’re a big time squad.

UF beat Arizona and Michigan last week and won at Arizona State this weekend. Still to play in ooc: UCLA X2, Washington, Oregon, and FSU X2. UF beat NC State and also plays Syracuse and Minnesota.

FSU beat both FAU and Tennessee today to be the only team to go 6-0 at the tourney. Hit 15 home runs in 6 games. Not sure what else we gotta do.

UF gets them Wednesday and Friday next week in California, UDub too.

Florida State is #1 in both polls, but by only 1 point in this poll. Florida is 21-2 overall, but 4-2 against 5 ranked teams from the PAC 12, played UCLA twice and lost both - not even close games: Beat Arizona 3-2 Beat Arizona State 7-2 Lost to UCLA 7-1 Beat Oregon 2-1 Lost to UCLA 4-0 Beat Washington 1-0 in 8 innings UCLA spanked a good Gator team by a combined 11-1 in both games. They beat Kelly Barnhill in game 1 and they beat Natalie Lugo in game 2. UCLA, like Florida State, is the real deal. It'll be interesting to see if the Gators can do any better against the Seminoles. Unless Florida's bats come alive against top pitchers, I doubt it. The other view is Florida now knows what they have to improve on to play head to head with the best of the best in the nation. Tennessee comes to Gainesville next week so we'll find out more then.
