FTR, that claim was fake news by leftist trolls. Please try not to completely emulate the Dog Whistlers. There is nothing wrong with learning how to shoot people. Cops, soldiers, and citizens who have the right to defend themselves do it all the time. They are also taught when it is LEGAL to shoot.
It's a shame you anti-gunners don't understand what CRIME is.
Don't forget, the Marines taught Lee Harvey Oswald and Charles Whitman how to shoot.
Not very well. Oswald was a lousy shot-- unlike the expert CIA-contract sniper who shot JFK in the right forehead from the grassy knoll, blowing a fragment of his occipital skull backwards into a motorcycle cop behind JFK's limo. It's time for you to finally study the Zapruder film and stop living in a fantasy world, Mutt.

Well, the NRA certainly did a good job teaching Nicholas Cruz-- the Parkland mass shooter-- how to shoot people. Congratulations... FTR, that claim was fake news by leftist trolls. Please try not to completely emulate the Dog Whistlers. Walt, I read the story at Vox-- from AP and Newsweek. Do you consider AP and Newsweek "leftist trolls?" The Trump trolls at Daily Caller later said the AP story was "fake news"-- but the text of their article seemed to aclnowledge that the Junior ROTC shooting program at Parkland had, in fact, received donations from the NRA.

$10,000 donated to the high school in Parkland by the NRA? Nice try at false equivalence, Harry, but I would trust AP, Vox, and Newsweek before the Daily Troll Caller any day... It is interesting, however, to note that fake news -- like your Daily Caller soundbyte and your Steele Dossier soundbyte-- travels 6X faster than the truth in our social media-- including this forum. Way to go, dude. Did you ever post an actual rebuttal to the Klarevas mass shooting stats?

Sucks for you.

Harry, Let me get this straight. Are you saying that the NRA did not making any donations to marksmanship club(s) at the Parkland high school that Cruz attended? Yes or no? The NRA donation there was made to the JROTC air-rifle marksmanship program. What's your confusion? We are all in trouble Harry. The NRA Foundation’s public tax records finds that about 500 schools received more than $7.3 million from 2010 through 2016, mostly through competitive grants meant to promote shooting sports. The grants have gone to an array of school programs, including the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps, rifle teams, hunting safety courses and agriculture clubs. The number one state? California. Besides schools, other typical recipients include 4-H groups, which have received $12.2 million since 2010, Boy Scout troops and councils, which received $4 million, and private gun clubs. Overall, about half the grants go to programs directed at youth. Willie's a moron. And that's an insult to morons. Air rifles are a big donation. Who here learned to shoot w an air rifle or a .22 rifle?

Who here learned to shoot w an air rifle or a .22 rifle? Agreed, Willie is a moron. I learned to shoot with an air rifle, then a .22 and then graduated to shotguns. Not sure how or why anyone would object to those NRA sponsored programs above, but you know someone will.
