She didnt have an AR 15. She only wounded 3 and killed herself Interesting.
That's quite acceptable to an anti-AR nutcase who doesn't understand that the problem is the USER, not the tool.
And we don't know why she killed herself after only 3. The cops got there in 2 minutes, and she was already dead. The police FAILED AGAIN. The only person who stopped that nutcase was herself.
I think it's pretty clear and simple Vegas shooter AR 15: Dozens dead many wounded Florida shooter AR 15: 17 dead many wounded YouTube shooter no AR 15: couple wounded, No innocent lives lost Seems completely clear to me |

The inconvenient truth here is that had she had an AR15 with a large capacity magazine, it is quite possible that a shitload more people would be dead tonite. That has been my point throughout this discussion. This particular nutcase inadvertantly made the argument for the banning of assault weapons, whether you like it or not. she had had an atomic bomb or other WMD, it is quite PROBABLE that a shitload more people would be dead tonight. |

Your video simply enforced the fact that a lot of cops out there DON'T KNOW THE LAW. The victim was simply walking down the street carrying a rifle where it is apparently LEGAL to do so. Those cops tried a bullshit "you are creating a disturbance" ploy on him, It FAILED.
If the call came in simply as "a man walking down the street with a gun," a properly trained dispatcher would have asked what the subject was doing. If the answer was "Just walking, but he scares me" that same properly trained dispatcher would have informed the caller that their town/county/state allows open carry.
IF the cops had any brains, they would have observed their victim for a while, and they would have seen that there was no need to confront him at gunpoint. The open carry law is on HIS side.
Once again, thanks for showing that a lot of cops are poorly trained and poorly informed. |
