so all the pundits seem to think lebron is trending to LA. he has a bunch of houses out there. southern cal life is pretty amazing. he has business set up out there. but LA does not have a great roster, even if lebron drags another star with him.
he also may stay with cleveland. it's his home. his family is comfortable there. he can literally nap through the season, wake up when the playoffs begin and the team with any combination of familiar players to the finals. but the current cleveland roster with lebron cannot match up with golden state. and cleveland advancing to the finals is a tired narrative that doens't really excite fans outside of cleveland anymore.
philly doesn't offer the LA lifestyle. nor would it be comfortable for his family. but philly has the cap space to sign him and another star (hello kawhi). sixers head coach brett brown is very respected in the league. and the 76ers already have potentially two of the nba's top 10 players (simmons and embiid). if he were to come here, the roster may be good enough to beat golden state. plus philly/boston bball rivalry is going to become one of the hottest rivalries in all of sports. this is a narrative that the NBA can easily sell.
does he chase the lifestyle (LA)? the comfort and familiarity for his family (cleveland) or does he go to the team with the roster best suited to take down golden state (philly)?
LA probably has the best odds at this point but i still think philly has a strong chance. we will find out soon enough.

I predict that LeBron will not become a Denver Nugget...

James is a chump and a wannabe goat. He has held Cleveland hostage for the past few years and now he is selfishly moving again to a team with more "stars" as he desperately tries to match Jordons accomplishments. A bush league move imo

A bush league move imo I agree with the "selfish" part. LeBron is a great, great player-- but I have more respect for athletes who remain loyal to their fans over the long run, something that is all too rare nowadays. Jordan stuck with Chicago until the Bulls finally got better than the Detroit Pistons. Scottie Pippen was a big part of Jordan's eventual success.

Up until yesterday, it was a "done deal" in the LA media that LBJ and Paul George were coming to LA, so who knows? The most obvious idea is Kyrie to Cleveland and stay put.

Done. LBJ signs with the Lakers. The Lakers hit the LeBron jackpot. Life isn't fair-- especially in the NBA...
