You have to be kidding. The rebs have an offense and have upset bama recently. Hawaii at Army, Fresno St at UCLA, & Nevada at Oregon St are better? LOL! Texas lost Maryland! Consult with next to last place Mark? This is the last time you'll get input on games from me. Quit the hissy fit. It is a lousy game, IMO, as 3 td games generally are. I was wrong about Utx-Maryland. I might be wrong again. And I expect to be wrong possibly every week about some game. I still want your input. PS. The mscott ref was being wry. I love his betting stats, even if they do not pan out. They are a hoot to read. Too bad you don't have Leonard Post Toasties (Postero) to consult anymore.

Another lousy game is North Texas at Arkansas. I don't care if it is pick'em. We've had high point spreads in the past to give us a chance to pick on higher ranked/stronger teams. I have no interest in games like this that I wouldn't watch if they were the only games on tv.

Wisconsin hasn't been on the list yet. I'd have the game on the list for the Badgers who might be the best team in the B1G this season. daleko should get the opportunity to pick on his team this week. Duke will be on for a 3rd straight week. Do we take the dookies off too? I was lukewarm about Duke, so yeah, I will definitely be moving them off. Don't know how I missed WVU/NCST. I'm also not terribly interested in FSU/Cuse other than morbid curiosity. BYU is a 22 point dog, coming off a loss and on the road a second straight week. I dunno. I hadn't seen the line, but CSU is a 20 point dog to Florida? That seems like waaaaay too many points. Wisky won't cover. Vanilla, straight up O & D w an easier Non-Conf game. RB R, RB L, RB up the middle. And they'll liberally substitute. At Iowa the week after.

Walt, it might be a good idea to hold off until tomorrow to post the games. It doesn't look like WVU at NC State will be played Saturday with ongoing discussions for moving to October. NC State is refusing to move a home game to WVU: www.si.com/college-football/2018/09/11/west-virginia-nc-state-hurricane-florence-game-canceledI suspect Marshall at South Carolina will be in jeopardy too, but the landfall track of Florence has moved more north into North Carolina. All it would take is a wobble south to put it back close to the North Carolina/South Carolina border. A cat 4 or 5 hurricane that makes landfall will devastatingly affect a 75 mile wide path plus have widespread storm surge/beach erosion and inland flooding. Most of the hurricanes on the east coast ride up the coast with the worst of the storm remaining out in the ocean in the north and east quadrants. This will be more like the hurricanes we get on the Gulf Coast where somebody has to get hammered to get the storm onshore. College football would be the last thing on my mind if there was a cat 4 or 5 hurricane approaching our area. I'd be going anywhere I could to get away from a monster like that. I feel sorry for those folks who have never been impacted the way they are about to be with Hurricane Florence. There will likely be loss of life, property, many weeks without power, and a break in the distribution system.

I have zero interest in watching OleMiss beat the spread late against the BAMA scout team. I'd much rather watch two evenly matched teams with a lower talent level duke it out in OT.

I see it the opposite. I have zero interest in watching OleMiss beat the spread late against the BAMA scout team. I'd much rather watch two evenly matched teams with a lower talent level duke it out in OT. Ole Miss upset bama in 14, 15, and played them close in 16. The game is in Oxford and Ole Miss can put points up on anybody, smashed Texas Tech at their place. I doubt the bama scout team will see the field like they did last year in Tuscaloosa. We'll have to agree to disagree. Bama at Ole Miss is a far better game than North Texas at Arkansas and some of the other low level games you prefer. I don't know a darn thing about North Texas and I'm not going to spend anytime brushing up on them now. I'll just make a I don't care Chastity pick.

Perhaps OleMiss was playing possum against So Ill. and will show up. I'm adding Bama/OleMiss I think I'm going to add BYU/Wisky as well now that we've lost games due to weather.

Both games should be on the list. Bama/Ole Miss is 2-2 over the last 4 games with the game last year being the odd duck: football.stassen.com/cgi-bin/records/opp-opp.pl?start=2014&end=2017&team1=Alabama&team2=Mississippi
