Last year's UCF vs USF game was a barn-burner very fun to watch. Also the South Carolina versus Clemson and LSU Texas A&M Games should be very entertaining Yeah, if you like seeing LSU extend their win streak to 8-0. LSU has beaten Tex A&M every year since they entered the SEC.
In the SEC:
45-21 54-39 19-7 23-17 34-10 24-19
In the Jan. 7 2011 Cotton Bowl:
41-24

Yeah, "anything can happen in SEC football," but don't expect it to.
You've got the #8 team in the nation going up against an unranked team as a 2 point UNDERDOG??
LSU loves that underdog role, and thank you to the idiot who made THAT call. Talk about locker-room material!

Well Walt, I guess everyone is in agreement that you should put more than 15 games on the regular season finale. As to which games are rivalries or not is a matter of opinion mainly decided by geography. So, in reality it doesn't matter which games you put on the board, because they will all still be played. This year, I would venture that some of the games that normally would be considered close and possibly have implications in conference or national standing will end up being rather lop-sided, ie, USC/Notre Dame. (unless USC would pull an upset and I doubt that will happen, so we will all just have to decide whether USC can cover what should be large spread). FWIW, I think you should just pick however many you want to pick and hopefully most of us will have an idea of who the two teams are and can make some type of educated guess as to who will cover and who won't. We may not agree politically or socially, but you do a pretty good job of running the football pool and initially that is what us all together. I appreciate all the input. I'm jumpin' on this tomorrow, early, so I'll make my list and we'll see where we land. As for USC/ND, unless I get about around 40, I'm picking the Irish. USC was a complete embarrassment last week. EDIT.....nah...Okay, I gotta pick USC. It's Trojan law.....dammit.

The more the merrier. Please keep it to FBS as many of us don't keep up with FCS and DIV II. why? nobody is as familiar with the strength of the FCS like the sEC is.......how many this year? 30? 35?

I'm pretty much in agreement with what you have there Cowboy but I would drop the Illinois/Northwestern game and replace it with Iowa/Nebraska game. If Illinois doesn't fire Lovey Smith after the game it will be a surprise to me. Northwestern will win the B10 West. The game is important for that alone, but the NW QB is fun to watch too.NW won the West two weeks ago but I agree on their QB... and their team. More entertaining than most people realize.

Walter, if all your Trojans were as weak as your USC Trojans, how many little Walters and Walterinas would be in your life?
