I am actually flat in bed right now resting a broken bone in my back.
I am managing about a half day of work, so it is a bit hectic.

I think that is going to be necessary. I lasted about 3 hours at work yesterday before retreating to bed. I would greatly appreciate someone rolling the bowl section for me. |
