I was watching the Broncos-Chiefs game last night, but I noticed that Kedon Slovis and the USC Trojans really smoked Wazzu-- four touchdown passes in the first quarter alone, and a 35-0 lead at the half.
Admittedly, one of the first quarter TD "passes" was more of a pitch, but, on film, Slovis looks like another top-notch, NFL-bound USC QB.

Slovis is the young man from Scottsdale who beat first string SEC quarterback JT Daniels out of a starting job. Have you heard of Scottsdale?

Daniels just became the starter after Bennet became ineffective, He started his career at US C and couldn’t cut it there so he transferred to Georgia because their quarterback had just graduated and gone pro, Only he still didn’t get the starting nod right away

Daniels got hurt at USC and Slovis was so good as a sub that Daniels decided to transfer to the SEC to get some playing time. Poor Daniels had to move from sunny So Cal to the fetid swamps of Georgia.

JT Daniels was injured so he decided to move on. Slovis didn't win the job against a healthy Daniels. To say otherwise is being dishonest.

Remember when I predicted awhile back that relatively unknown Cal QB Jared Goff would be drafted at the top of the first round, and that Patrick Mahomes was going to be an NFL star? Why would Daniels have left his home in sunny California if he could have resumed his starting job at USC? Explain. I've got nothing bad to say about JT Daniels, but the point of the thread is that Kedon Slovis looks like yet another NFL caliber QB from USC. Good QBs grow like avocados out there in So Cal. Slovis looks like the real deal.

Add prophesy to your heralded list of self described talents. You are right up there with Paul Krugman.

Slovis played the rest of the year. Daniels had been the starter his freshman year. Daniels transferred to Georgia in May of 2020, after his parents had to pay for a second surgery to correct problems from the first ACL surgery. Daniels was still in recovery from the second surgery when he came to Georgia. He was cleared by team doctors for full-contact practice two weeks before the Florida game in November. Everyone at Georgia (including Daniels) expected him to compete for the starting job in 2021 and this year to be his recovery year. OC Todd Monken says Daniels has been working of the offensive scheme since the day he arrived on campus and knows the playbook well. Get your facts straight.
