Ra mey refused to accept a PM, Email, or faxed copy of my driver's license and medical diploma after his bet in April of 2015.

He was trying to duck out of settling his bet with me.

How many times do I have to explain that incident to you? You made a claim and someone said they would bet you. I replied that I might be interested in taking some of your money, but never specifically offered to bet with you. I said to post your Harvard diploma and you did. I then demanded you have it notarized and post it again. Like a gullible idiot, you did. Everybody was laughing at you for doing such stupid stuff. You save every post with your name in it, so post where I specifically made that bet and I will honor it, after you settle those bets you lost to me. If you can't post proof I made the bet, then Walter should ban you for six months next time you mention it.
You know everyone here knows the name you claim to be, so post your drivers license and your Colorado medical license with your number visible.

You joined Bamorin in the 4/27/15 bet, then stipulated that I had to provide a notarized copy of my Harvard medical diploma and a copy of my driver's license within 24 hours.

I accepted your bet that night.

The next day, on my lunch break, I xeroxed a copy of my medical diploma on my office wall, then had it notarized at a law office on the 9th floor of my office building.

I then asked you for your fax number or Email, and you refused to give them to me.

Then you even refused to accept a PM from me here on the forum, and threatened me if I tried to contact you.

So, I posted the notarized copy of my diploma on the Wager board, and I posted the contact information of the notary public, within the stipulated 24 hour time limit.
