First a quick brown of the sausage, which is homemade by a friend of mine.No add. or MSG. Only pork, little fat, spices,and this has bell pepper and onion in it. Smells so good right now.

Marinara is all natural. Got it at the local Fresh Market.

Then into the Marinaa to cook at a simmer for about an hour.

3 fresh locally grown Cubanella sweet peppers ,and a sweet florida onion(also grown locally)

Every body in the pool.Another hour and a half or so and we eat.

2 hours later onions are translucent , peppers are soft.

4 slices of some real good provolone on a fresh sub roll, an some freshly grated Parmesan .
