Weather report said 4.5 feet in 24 hrs.
We toured that area years ago in the fall and there were all sorts of harvest festivals and stuff in all the little towns along the lakefront heading east. We thought, "What nice little towns. We could buy a little house here. It'd be great."

One of the things we noticed as we drove along the road adjacent to the lake was that the lots on the shore were very deep, the houses were all built close to the water, and a lot of houses had gravel only driveways. We thought, how do they get from the road to their front door in the winter?
