Barkley is a good guy, even if he is a liberal.😊 Met him at an Iron Bowl in Ttown 20 years ago. Great guy. He’d be fun to hang with for a day. Saw him in the late night clubs in downtown Birmingham couple times (and Jordan), one night he was at one of these clubs, and me and some buddies went in for a drink and he was serving drinks behind the bar. Handed me a beer, i asked if he was paying, he didn't.🙁 That was probably 30 years ago. |

Barkley had gone to the bar last summer while in Cleveland with the Olympic basketball team. He testified that he pushed Tyler because he was a "drunk redneck" who was threatening him. Tyler was not hurt. Tyler had offered to settle last week for $12,000, but Barkley's side turned it down. " Why should I give him $12,000?" Barkley said. "He doesn't get a rebound. He doesn't get hit on the head by Karl Malone." |
