Video #1: I have already seen this. Although the cops' behavior was totally wrong, Mr. Espinoza initiated the incident with his attitude BEFORE the officer even tried to talk to him. Rolling up his window was the sign that he is a douchebag. But being a POS douchebag isn't illegal, so the officer should have just let him sit there, and run his license plate in case it was needed at a later time. A secondary officer with a long gun could have simply stood up by his patrol car and kept an eye on the douchebag to make sure he didn't try to approach and interfere, or get out of his truck and start taking potshots at the cops, since eh could have been one of those right wing extremists you fear That's how I would have handled it. Tell Espinoza to be a good boy and sit in his truck and wait.
Video #2: Officer #1 was totally wrong, and there was no reason to act that way. Officer #2 is in the clear because when you roll up on another cop struggling with a suspect, you don't ask why first, you take the suspect into custody.
Video #3: First off, you say you pull over for cops all the time, but earlier, you said in your post that you hardly ever SEE any cops. So are you lying in your video or lying now? So who said the officer lost control of his car? Is that what the state police investigation into the wreck determined? Is that the official determination?
In this case, you have a problem with the Ohio State Legislature. If that law truly exists, then THEY need to repeal it, amend it, whatever.
So I will assume that your other videos have some police misconduct, so let's move on to the last one. I grew up in Alexandria and graduated from high school there, but I haven't lived there since 1976, and the last time I was there was in 2014 when my mother in law died, and a few times later on, helping my wife to ready the house for sale.
I have no idea who those 2 APD cops are, but they were totally wrong, too.
All I can say is that I have never behaved like any of those folks. and the MAJORITY of cops do not do so, either.
Now lets get to one last video, shall we? This incident happened less than 5 miles from where I live, and I do not know the officer involved, although I DO know his father, who is an asshole, and I don't like him at all. Daddy says his baby boy did nothing wrong, and I totally disagree. Daddy is 100% wrong, as his son is.
I know Tony Clayton, having worked with him for years, and I support his decision 100%.

The last ticket I got was November 2018. And that was for swerving to miss a deer and ending up in the ditch. Cop told me next time hit the deer. There are no cops around here now have been for many decades. You see out in the country these little townships don't have police. Even the biggest city near me doesn't have them anymore cause the city kept voting against police tax levies. That city has around 4500 people in it. The county sheriff are the ones who come if needed. And it's mostly for drug overdoses You have tiktok? Your lord and savior Trump hates toktok and so do most Republicans Here's a video I did about 2 cops who pulled their guns on a older man, tased him 3 dozen times and roughed him up for.....nothing. the man was never charged with any crime. The police didn't like that he parked 75 feet behind their traffic stop. The person they pulled over was the man's son. He was following his son to a repair shop and stopped when his son was pulled over. He told the cops it was his son pulled over and he was just waiting for it to be over and the cops did what I typed earlier. The man was never even written a ticket for anything. www.tiktok.com/t/ZTREUH8RP/Here's a video I did recently on a woman back in 2020 was delivering groceries during the covid lock down. A cop pulled up took his gun out and demanded she get out of her car. She asked what was happening and why he had his gun out. He started yelling at her. So got out. He then tackled her, throwing her down to the ground, then onto his hood. She told him she was pregnant. She cried for help. Oh her crime? Cop thought she had expired license plates. Turned out her plates where fine. She was charged with obstruction and resisting arrest. Charges were all dropped after the dash camera video came out www.tiktok.com/t/ZTREUFw4u/Here are several other videos I've done www.tiktok.com/t/ZTREUx5EA/www.tiktok.com/t/ZTREUh8hC/www.tiktok.com/t/ZTREUBL5u/Here's one from Louisiana www.tiktok.com/t/ZTREU2KcL/No, I don't have tiktok. Tiktok is for children.
There are SOME bad cops. No one denies that, and I want them gone more than anyone. They make ME look bad. Cops make mistakes, too. That's why it is totally stupid to fight them on the side of the road. Relax, go along with them, and if it turns out they are wrong, it will be resolved in court. If they make a mistake and you go along with them, chances are very good no one will get hurt, AND you get to go home with a bad ticket or something.
But the majority of cops (99.999%) do a good job, and are not interested in jamming someone up. Cops are like fire extinguishers. You will probably never need one, but if you do, you better hope you have one.
I'll circle back to you on your videos.
Tiktok is fun. There some funny shit on there. Well Indiana has a law where its now legal to defend yourself against a cop. You're even allowed to shoot them now in self defense. More states should have that. Qualified immunity needs to go to. Also all lawsuits should come out of cops pensions. That would end a lot of bad cops It's not a mistake to pull a gun on a young woman with her only crime is maybe expired plates which at the time wasn't even a crime Or to tase someone 30+ times simply because your ego got bruised. ACAB = All Cops Are Bastards Here's one of your fellow cops saying I'm right www.communityvoiceks.com/2023/02/05/confessions-of-a-former-bastard-cop/?amp=1Confessions of a Former Bastard Cop I was a police officer for nearly 10 years and I was a bastard. We all were.

The police don't owe him a damn thing, and Ohio law makes that clear. Don't like it? CHANGE THE LAW.
No, you can post a lot of videos of officers who are ALLEGED to have done bad things, and it almost always happens after an idiot escalates the problem to start with. I can find just as many videos of cops doing GOOD things.

I will fight it just as dirty as the police. I'll make them regret writing me that ticket. I'll go to trial. Have a jury trial and call as many witnesses as allowed by law. I'll take a month or more of their time just for a stupid traffic ticket I never should've gotten. Or I'll tell the prosecutor they can just dismiss it now. Even before that I'll tell the POS cop I'll see him in hell before he gets a dime out of me. I'll gladly go to prison before paying it. I'll die before paying it. See if he likes that but as I believe all cops are Heartless ass holes he probably won't give a shit. I got a BS ticket once back 20+ years ago. I wish I could go back in time and fight it. I told the judge I wanted to but I didn't want to waste everyone's time so I'd plead no contest. Even another cop told me it was a chicken shit ticket and he would've never given it to anyone. Of course you blame this guy for the accident.

A cop doesn't make a dime off of an arrest or ticket. And it is his discretion most of the time if you get a ticket. Act nice, and chances are good you can get off with a warning if your driving record is good. Act like YOU, and I guarantee the cop will put as many tickets on you as he can.
The pickup truck guy did not follow proper protocol for an approaching emergency vehicle. How the blame is shared will be decided by the investigating agency, not me.

You have the right to a jury trial for any crime you've been accused of. No matter how trivial. It could be for jaywalking I can act however I want. I have an insurance policy. My work van has a dash cam. So I can prove who is right and who is being a low life cop out to meet his quota. You'd be surprised how many dash cam videos I've seen of cops acting like ass holes telling people they've done this or that and they're getting a bunch of tickets only for the driver to go "go for it, it's all on my dash cam" and the the cop suddenly go "never mind, no tickets" The cops admitted they were at fault in the crash. Didn't you watch the video?

If I am called for jury duty and have to waste my time because you want to fight a simple red light ticket, guess what? I am going to vote "guilty" simply because you are stupid.
Yep, you can act any way you want; just accept the consequences of your stupidity. Apparently your mama never taught you that being nice goes a long way.
If the cops admitted they were at fault, then the pickup driver has the right to recover damages in accordance with Ohio state law. Case closed.

The police officer is representing and being represented by an organization. That organization pays for liability insurance, or they are self-insured. Of course if the cop acts in a criminal manner, and is convicted of a crime, then yes, he should be on his own.
You are on your own from start to finish. Set up a GoFundMe account and collect $5 each from other suckers like you.
We all get it that you are a psycho who hates cops. So just be a good boy and stay away from them.
Cops should he on their own from the get go as well. They didn't lose $1.5 billion because they're all angels That's not what Ohio state law says. Too bad.
In most cases, it's easier and cheaper just to pay the crybabies in out of court settlements. It makes the plaintiff's lawyers very happy, since they get a good chunk of money without having to argue a case in court. The lawyers get richer and people like you get screwed by them, and enjoy it.
