Are you talking about the Rican janitor who saw fireballs racing DOWN the elevator shafts and exploding out the doors in the basement and probably many other doors as well? The explosion that injured the guy he helped? The same guy who IDed the hijacker pilot after having seen him once casing the building weeks before, in his role as a janitor? He remembered that one guy? The guy was an unemployed showman magician whose previous claim to fame was being featured on television in Puerto Rico escaping from a chained straitjacket while hanging from a burning rope. Well he helped many people in the TTs after the plane hit. And he rode the cold chicken circuit for a bit.
