You truly are out of your mind. Insight into how a detached from reality mind works is pretty scary. Same thing with mike. Lol! I had this long, thoughtful response all typed out and then realized what a waste of time it is to try to get one of these guys to understand things. I don't think they are capable. So I dumped it and moved on.

Apparently a majority of those who voted agreed w his message, whatever it was. And I think what resonated w the voters, wasn't as you described. And that message was received by women, men, Whites, Hispanics and some Blacks/Asians/Others. My point was FDR is considered a great POTUS and your concern about where you think this is going is misguided. As you noted to Jers re the Pubs in Cali, perhaps it's the Dems who need to change their focus. LOL...To the contrary. I woke up this AM and had a Deja vu moment back to the day after the election in CA in 1994, where inexplicably, the majority of Californians approved of the message sent by Prop 187, a proposition written and pushed by the conservative GOP in the state and centerer around illegal immigration. 187 won overwhelmingly, as did a later 'English only" proposition, yet it was the bellwether for the demise of the GOP in this state, because in the end, all it achieved was to institutionalize inhumanity and racism. I had that feeling today. I've been expecting this 187 day for 20 years nationally and predicted here for years that it was coming, and it has finally arrived. If you think liberals need to change focus, then IMO, you entertain a vision of America that has nothing to do with the America I want, where internment, hatred, and authoritarianism is acceptable. The majority of Americans almost literally voted in favor of those things yesterday. No way am I'm going there. Yesterday, America overwhelmingly rejected the communist agenda that Kameltoe and Demonrats are trying to push on the nation. Internment, hatred, and authoritarianism is what Demonrats WANT.
They've been doing it since President Trump FIRST announced he was running for President. They have done it by locking up political prisoners from the rigged Jan. 6 inquisition. They have done it by constantly spreading lies and hatred regarding President Trump and the huge number of AMERICANS who support him. I am not garbage. I am not deplorable. I don't mind clinging to my guns and Bible at all. They both represent FREEDOM.
America WAS great, until Bitem and Harris sent us into the sewer. President Trump WILL make America great AGAIN.
You have a choice: Lead in our rebirth, follow, or get the fiick out of the way.

And the far Left and liberal Left called FDR a fascist. Untrue imo but your cry is not new. In a world where Elon Musk mirrors 'America First' leader Henry Ford, and nearly 1 in 4 Americans was unemployed, you'll have to explain just who it was that constituted this 'liberal left' of which you speak. Meanwhile, there is a reason I'm reading Shirer's book. He writes in Book 2 about Hitler in 1930: "Nobody can say that Hitler did not give warning of what he would do if he came to power..."Trump has been similarly frank about his aims. Ignore it at your peril. Except Trump didn't give warnings about what he would do. He gave promises on what he would do, as does usually anyone who runs for the presidency. Well, anyone except kackling kamala.

Speaking of California, the next four years it is going to have to choose between directing its efforts to improving the lives of its citizens on homelessness, affordable housing, cost of living, business climate, etc.or repeat going all in on opposing the future federal government on every issue at the expense of its population. I hope if chooses the former this time. If it continues to be the focal point of. Opposing everything the red parts of California will focus our efforts on opposing their policies and being their instate enemy within. It worked well for our parts of the state 2017-2020.

And now that the election is over, the revolution begins, the redhats reveal to us their fascist core, and embrace the idea of a central, top-down, authoritarian governing structure where states must bow to Der Leader.

Germans didn't think Hitler's promises were warnings either. This isn’t Germany….completely different political system here than in 1930’s Germany. I used to believe our government could withstand threats against the Constitution too. Then I saw how fragile it is if the wrong people are in the right places. Only a handful of people stand between the Constitution and an authoritarian takeover, and Trump will not make the mistake of hiring people who put the Constitution first over loyalty to him again.

Oh! You mean you do not want to drain the swamp and purge all those who oppose Trump's agenda? You respect duly elected political opposition now, do you? You want a government full of people who put the Constitution before loyalty to Trump and MAGA? LOL...Liar.
