It sounds like the DOJ is in the process of dropping the Documents appeal and the J6 case altogether. Jack Smith will be gone before inauguration day. That will only leave Georgia and the NY Bragg and Letitia James cases. Georgia has their own problems with Fanni and that case supposedly could take years to resolve enough to proceed. The fraud case was almost laughed out of the appeals court when they presented their side so I don't think he has a lot to worry about there. Letitia seems to be all in on fighting Trump even if he isn't fighting her. JMO, but I think the whole nearly $500M "fine" is going to at least get chopped way down and if so I think Trump will just say screw it, pay it and put it in the past. I still think it could be set aside altogether. I haven't really heard anything on the award to the crazy lady, the $80M for saying I'm innocent. That should never have been awarded and I'm sure he has that on appeal as well. Who knows what Merchan will do with the hush money case but that one looks a lot weaker than the other state case and it seems destined to be turned over. The Georgia case might go away soon. The Georgia Court of appeals will hear on the Fani Willis disqualification for misconduct in December. If she is disqualified, another attorney will be appointed and the case might get dismissed if a new prosecutor decides it does not serve the public interest to continue the case.I believe i heard if she is disqualified then her entire office is as well.

The Georgia Ethics Commission is investigating her spending of state and federal grants and the prosecution and conviction rate of her office.

It was a matter of her own racist, selfish, personal interest.
She should be disbarred at the least, and ideally, prosecuted for her own malicious prosecution of President Trump.

The Georgia Ethics Commission is investigating her spending of state and federal grants and the prosecution and conviction rate of her office.I believe if she is removed from the case, the case is removed from her office and can only continue if the find another county willing to take it up. I think if they do get it settled Trump will already be in office and it will wind up being dismissed. The whole purpose of these prosecutions was so they could tag him as a convicted felon in the election. That really didn't work out too well for them.
