I’m not worked up. I’m just tired of bad faith discussions on a discussion board. An answer to a question can still be a demand. The two aren’t mutually exclusive. And it isn’t more complicated than that only if you were never concerned with the ramifications of your answer, which…clearly you hadn’t considered. If you think something in particular should be taught, logically, it presumes that you have a particular justification as to why it should be taught. Especially in a backdrop where everyone admits that a large amount of specific information cannot be. Yet, you’ve settled on this one. I’ve asked why now, what…four or five times. And you’re dancing. Trying to shift the onus to me to prove that it was a demand. Irrespective of whether it was the answer to a question, the sentence, “The numbers are what they are, so teach them. Don’t ignore them.”, is undoubtedly a demand. You wanted proof that you made the demand, you got it. Trying to tap dance away from your words that they were merely an answer and not a demand is undoubtedly disingenuous. Just because you might not have seen what your words meant two or three steps down the line doesn’t mean other people don’t. Clearly Walt did. I certainly did too. It is what it is. As I said two pages ago, your refusal to answer is noted. I’m happy to move on since getting you to explain the specifics isn’t going to be addressed. LOL. I want some of what you’re smoking. |
