Keep your head down buddy, you missed the whole point. Take your eleven years example and multiple by twelve games a year. Then divide that by your five games in that time frame and you are looking at about 3 and a half percent of your games in that time frame being outside your immediate circle. And that is my point. I was told there would be no math.... LMAO Ok that was funny.

I'm self employed....if I don't work, I don't eat....and if I don't eat I won't have the strength to make my picks....so make up your mind! Do I pick when I can get to it, or do I do my work so that I can eat so that I can pick? It's a tough decision............. I've been self-employed for 20+ yrs now and yer obvious cavalier attitude towards effective time management is no laffing matter ...Therefore, I'm recommending that you NOW be suspended indefinatly (or until you buy and watch the Frank Zappa DVD "Baby snakes" ) or at least the year 2014...Just sayin...... Jesse Update: He's got some skanky girl stayin over there with him these past few days....I think she's homeless....Kinda dirty in a fun kinda way ....Wait til she finds out Jesse has AIDS and sticks needles in his arms....lol...Just another day in the hood

That was one nice victory cigar I just finished out on the front porch... Woo Hoo !!
USC, playing with freshmen all over the place, took charge and put it to the Beavs. I'm starting to think Coach O might be our guy!!

Lemme take this from a different angle, ET, and I'm guessin' you'll agree with this.... This isn't just about UF. This is about college football. Back in the 90s, when USC sucked and FSU was killer, they played a H&H and IMO, it was really great to see, even though USC lost. I'd never seen FSU, so it was a treat. USC fans got to see a premier team and measure our talent to theirs. I loved seeing the games. Point is, college football suffers when UF plays Squidunk Tech at home every year. It's bad for the game. Walt, I can only speak for myself, but when I defend UF's scheduling, it's not because I want to see the crap games. I'd love to see home and home series' with the likes of USC and OSU. The powers that be at UF have determined that that's not a financially good move. They've put together a hell of an athletic department, so I'll trust them on that. I've asked before in these threads for someone to give a financially reasonable argument for UF to change it's practices, and none have been provided. It may be good for CFB, but the people who make the decisions about UF's schedule are not charged with that responsibility, their only concern is the UF athletic program.

Yes considering all those were home and home series. We play them there and they play here. Keep your head down buddy, you missed the whole point. Interesting note re: last night's game... teams are now 2-6 the week after playing Stanford. Kind of wish I had known that before I picked Oregon State. LOL

The officials at UF are free to make such decisions. Just don't expect the rest of us to have any respect or regard for UF after they do and accept that, for financial reasons, UF intentionally dodges tough OOC road games where time and distance matters..

Or is it more important to you that they travel outside of conference too? Bottom line, you travel that far once every couple of years and not always for a good opponent.
