Fred pulled an undisclosed Willie on us. Now that we are officially done for both contests, I am letting the board know that my 6th place finish out of 17 in the long regular season and 3rd place finish in the bowl season newly empowers me to not take any more lip from anyone about my bad prognostication skills like I heard all last season. For those that took my place at the bottom of the ladder, you have no worry that I will be giving anyone a hard time for retribution. Picking against the spread isn't easy even if a cat did win the bowl contest. I think all of us are knowledgeable enough to pick a fair amount of winners on a straight up basis. Agreed....No doubt my winning percentage would have been higher (although not by a lot, lol).... None-the-less, (much like you) when the dust settled on the 13-14 season, I ended up middle of the pack with a small bit of cred to spare  ....I'll enjoy it while I can ..... Obviously, if fred doesn't pick up the DUMBASS Avatar and wear it proudly, then he doesn't respect the system here and shall be subject to much ridicule by his peers   |
