Huh? YGBFKM... How was Michigan doing when Harbaugh took the reigns in Ann Arbor prior to the 2015 season?
No one could turn that around in one year.
I think any objective football fan would agree that Michigan was playing at least as well as Ohio State last year.
Didn't the Wolverines KO Big Ten Champ Penn State in 2016? They also beat Wisconsin, as I recall.
(I think their starting QB got hurt in the Iowa game, which was an anomaly.)
Harbaugh previously turned a mediocre 49ers team into a Super Bowl team.

the guy has gone 10-3 in each of his first two seasons in aa. um demolished uf in one bowl and lost a 1 point heartbreaker to fsu in the other. 5 of the 6 losses have been by less than a td, and in addition to the fsu loss, he lost to tosu on the final play of the game, iowa on the final play of the game, and in '15 to sparty on an absolute miracle final play of the game. no love lost here for the ugly hats or harbaugh and his antics, but over-rated imho he is not. overpaid? absolutely, and that's true for all the top cfb coaches in reality. he'll have a chance to prove his rating this year, replacing 10 starters on defense and 16 overall.

He's never even won a division, conference, or national championship in College football. None of his teams have even played for one. Yet if you hear ttun fans and people. Hear ESPN you'd think he's Bear Bryant, Nick Saban, Urban Meyer, and Woody Hayes combined I consider him vastly overrated

Hear ESPN you'd think he's Bear Bryant, Nick Saban, Urban Meyer, and Woody Hayes combined I consider him vastly overrated hard to win a national cfb title at the univ of san diego. to my knowledge stanford has never won one either, but his last season there (2010 i think) when the cardinal went 12-1 was pretty damn close. i don't put as much stock in division titles, because there is a little bit of luck involved there when it comes to the now unbalanced league schedules, but um has gone 6-2 and then 7-2 in the big 10, with talent recruited by the legendary brady hoke. that wasn't bad. michigan is the first college stop he's had where he really has a consistent chance to win a league crown and make some national noise on the field. espn loves him because of the noise he makes off the field. big difference. like i said earlier, he'll have the chance to do some true proving this year, replacing all that talent at um with a team that is 80-90% his own recruits.

Meyer had Utah in a BCS bowl before they were in the Pac-12. Again. If you're a great powerful legendary all time coach like so many claim Harbaugh to be. You're teams should win something from time to time. Just my opinion

he lost * to tosu on the final play of the game, FIFY, you forgot the asterisk. OSU has a bunch of those. with the kind of money the university has, they aren't as expensive as they seem to others.
