My doctor has me on 40mg atorvastatin each night. This is a change from 80mg Pravastatin a few months ago. Also, I take 1000mg fish oil capsule twice a day. The most important is that I eat fairly healthy and exercise regularly. 1 hour daily or two 30 minute sessions at a good pace is essential. I hit the elliptical at 6am with the news, then a large bowl of Cheerios with 2 bananas for breakfast.

I was pulling some dead leaves out of a flower garden. A large worm was crawling under the leaves. It crawled under a leaf and the leaf moved, rose, and turned over.

That worm turned over a new leaf, but it was still a worm.
