Nah...congrats to them, they beat OU 2 in a row in OU's backyard, so again, congrats. Proud of Sooners Women's softball team. With all the excitement over the Thunder, they were somewhat neglected. That's too bad. For me, Wednesday evening was bittersweet (more sweet than bitter, of course, but I wish OUr softball team had won the title)--would have made it a perfect evening. |

Yeah, the OU ladies did themselves proud....and I agree they really got neglected. I was in OKC until Wednesday this week and it was unreal how jazzed the whole town was about the Thunder. BTW, did you see where Stoops took scholarships away from Franks, Reynolds and Hayes? I had a feeling 3 guys weren't coming back but never dreamed the only one who would stay would have been Kameel Jackson...the guy who announced he was transferring. Bizarre.

And no, I'm not a fan of Hamilton, Joe Frank and Reynolds. I just remember that catchy song they had out ..... "Don't Pull Your Love Out" or whatever it was called.
I have a pretty big music encyclopedia in my head ....... mostly bits and pieces rather than full articles.
