jonniecakes and sorgum for breakfast, then blackeye peas (with a big ham hock) and turnip greens, with a pone of cornbread for midday meal. Then a tray of veggies with a spicy salsa dip and buffalo wings swimming in Moores sauce for the Doze and Sugar Bowls. A buddy is coming over with a big pot of venison chili also.

I have a braised pork roast, Black-eyed peas, mixed greens (collards, mustard, spinach) and cornbread planned for dinner.

I'm goin fer Deep Fried CHACKEN Wings...Right now they are in a ziplock bag filled with buttermilk....Emeril says it works like magic fingers ....Seasoned flour later and into the deep frier .....Served with Clamato Beer
