If Manfred doesn't overturn Pete Rose's lifetime ban, there is something very wrong. i had not heard about mlb making this investment until your post (thanks). there is a sign in every clubhouse warning of the penalties for betting on baseball. could not possibly agree more that this deal, akin to day trading in the stock market, would make that sign nothing but a punch line.
