good omen........so far the majority picks are losers.......Tennessee still has an even fighting chance. this is bAMA's first game against a true duel threat QB....IF Dobbs can, for the first time since DeBord became OC, throw a few accurate passes 10 yards or more past the line of scrimmage it could get interesting. Wayne, I just want to make sure you get this humor right the first time around as in not misunderstood or going over your pointed head. What bamorin is saying is Tennessee has an even fighting chance to cover the spread, not win.
Personally, I'd like to see UT win to throw the SEC into a tizzy and to shut up Paul Finebaum, but it is far from likely. UF is also going to set the SEC consecutive win record at 12 over the vols next season in Knoxvegas. I don't want the tide on our heels to break UF's new record.

I'm off to a terrible start, 0-2. no one got both games right last night. 14 folks are 1-1. the rest of us got the bagel. I opened at 1-1 exactly like I did last week starting with a loss followed by a win. I 'd be very happy if I duplicate last week when I finished 10-2. With this slate of games, I doubt it. I had far more confidence in my picks the last two weeks than I have this week. When I first looked at the list, I shook my head and said I'm in trouble this week.
Trouble indeed = 5-7. (shaking head)
