Just curious, but what is one your list for your favorite eats this Superbowl day? I'm marinating wings and baking with a autry breader and then tossing them in a flash hot sauce. Fresh made gorganzola dip for the wings. Have a nice spinach dip made to go for the bread bowl. My version of a mexican layer'd dip for corn chips. Oh and lest not forget the melted brie with roasted garlic for the toasted french bread. So I have a Mexican and a Frenchie and none of them are men. Now if someone will just shut off the rain that has been here for the past 3 days.......

LOVE your SB menu! Us? - Chicken wings ala Sriracha Garlic Paste/BBQ sauce!!!!! etc., etc.... 70 degrees, not a cloud in the sky here. We pay through the nose for this weather! But it's worth it. Enjoy everybody!!

A few years ago, I went to a Caribbean-themed Super Bowl event and enjoyed marinated grilled shrimp and vegetable kebabs, jerk chicken, seasoned rice, fresh pineapple and mango, salad, and a frozen dessert--light, flavorful and just the right amount of spice. Otherwise, it's the typical fare--wings, chili con carne, pizza, nachos, etc. It's all good

Love the Caribbean thing! It's taken me a long while to perfect crispy wings. But I have finally done it. I've had to space out the food. My boys are stuffed. But this is a really great game. Got a kick out of Manning as he falls by himself in the second quarter. Panthers have a few rookies and I hope the second half gets better.
