both the men's and women's tennis teams got knocked out of the ncaa tournament. the ladies lost to oklahoma state 4-2 on saturday, and the guys lost a heartbreaker to california 4-3, when top player mikael torpegaard dropped a 3rd set tiebreaker after leading the set 5-3. he and di feo will be in the ncaa singles tournament this week... and he'll team w/herkko pollanen in the doubles tournament. osu freshman francesca di lorenzo will play in the women's singles tourney this week. she's ranked #3 in the country.
softball team lost to arizona, beat marist, then lost to tennessee 10-1 so they're out of the ncaa tournament. women's golf ended their season finishing 22nd in the ncaa finals in oregon.

Couple items of note.
- osu's mikael torpegaard was the top seed in the ncaa's men's tennis tournament this week and made it to the finals, but was upset by 6-seed Mackenzie McDonald of ucla 6-3 6-3. Congrats to mikael for a great season.
- the OSU women's rowing team had a great week in the finals, with their 2 varsity 8 squads finishing 1st and 2nd (3rd straight title in that category) but cal edged the bucks by 4 points, denying back to back overall titles.
- tee Kelly, who won an individual regional title, played in the finals out in Eugene this weekend which is going on right now. But Kelly didn't make the cut to qualify for today's final round, finishing at +4.
