Interesting integration of a bunch of ideas that have been around for years. That took some planning to pull off.
Looks a little too whiz-bang for what you actually get out it when all is said and done.
A few articles about the company claimed they are "a luxury home builder".
Guess what that likely means to your wallet.

a bit of a cold look unless one is into super-modernistic.

society continues to move in the wrong direction like this. houses need to be integrated with nature, materials harmonious with the human body, and earth energies rather than boxlike structures. one does not need to be a new ager to believe this.  square houses with box like walls are probably the worst quarters in which one can live. incorporating the golden mean into the structure is the way to go.
