thought of you last week when i played 9 holes here w/a uw grad and his 12 year old son. an it/tech guy w/mcgraw hill education, so obviously he had me beaten easily in the brains dept (my 41 had him beat on the links by a few strokes, so at least i had that-lol). we were talking cfb pretty quickly... he graduated in '93 and talked about how he and some buddies rented an rv and drove across the country when the badgers played in pasadena, w/a 48 hr stop in vegas on the way. his son chimed in, saying 'is this another one of those stories you can't tell me til i graduated from hs?' and we both started laughing. yeah, this guy was a real badger. ha. also a very good guy.

Great story. Rumor says after 30 yrs of drek, Wisky had the majority of the seats and there were 20,000 sitting in the parking lot watching on TVs. And they drank the area dry. I was living in Atlanta w a business trip to Munich the next day, w my boss in tow. But I had three other Wisky grads w me watching. It was a long flight w a pounding head.
