kind of went under the radar but the mcqueary whistleblower lawsuit has finally started.
it is odd that psu decided to settle with every alleged victim with very little vetting and scrutiny but decided not to settle with mcqueary. psu in this lawsuit will actually be defending the actions of curley/schultz/spanier after placing blame on them (by accepting freeh report, the sanctions and settling with victims).

Maybe. But, then again, maybe not. Maybe Penn State is being vindictive...or maybe they offered McQ $5 million and he demanded $100 million. Who knows for sure what the truth is?

Who knows for sure what the truth is? mcqueary is seeking $4m in damages, lost wages, etc. i think on appearances this is leaning toward door #1

That said, I've been in a couple of lawsuits and appearances ain't always as they appear. If you know what I mean.

In the year 2525, if man is still alive.............. there'll still be court cases re this.
