I've noticed that a lot of blacks who are given power tend to become just like the slave owners of old, in regard to how they treat their people - keep them stupid, poor and dependent while the owners reap all the rewards and live high on the hog while everything around them goes to shit quickly.

That is the way of the DEMOCRAT PARTY.  Why do you think we have so many welfare and "free" programs?  Keep them begging for scraps, but give them just enough to keep them happy and under control.
