Did the Senate say "We are opening this investigation because the Russians changed or even factually influenced the outcome of our last election?" NO.
Like FRed said -- the Russians have been spying on us since the 1940s. It is NOTHING NEW. We spy on them back. Maybe you have a vague recollection of who Francis Gary Powers was. What happened to HIM was far more damaging than anything the Russians might have done in this past election.
Spying, hacking, espionage WILL continue. Trying to blame them is stupid. What we need to focus on is being able to STOP them. Stomping a little foot, wagging a finger, and swinging a purse like pussy Obama has done will not stop anyone. It takes technology and the willingness to work to stay one step ahead of the enemy.
Again, it STILL boils down to the FACT that if your crooked DNC weren't doing crooked illegal things, there would have been nothing for ANYONE to find.

Honestly, you really need to read the declassified report and ponder its contents in the context of the discussion about fake news and its impact on the public mindset...not the outcome of the election. That's over. Both you and Trump need to get past it. The entire information supply chain has been corrupted and Russia is just a part of that puzzle and a good example of what can be done, and that isn't a good thing for the nature of public discourse. As Willie will remind us, this has been going on for a long time, both by our enemies and by our own people, be it government or private parties, but like any technology, the ability of the system to enable wider and bigger misuse is accelerating faster than people are even aware it is occurring, let alone taking steps to eliminate the corrupting aspects of it.

Have you attacked Obama for OVERTLY trying to sabotage the U.K's Brexit vote and the free elections in Israel? Maybe if your boy had spent more time trying to SECURE our communications, and had taken Hitlery's criminal security breaches seriously, we could have had countermeasures in place to foil the Russians.

If he decides the US should renege on defending the Baltic States in NATO for some bogus reason that doesn't make a lot of sense, would that puzzle you?
