embiid is still playing limited minutes as they are still worried about re injuring his foot. but even in limited minutes, he's played at an all-star level. he's not a complete player yet though. he plays a bit out of control at times and he still turns in over way too much. he gets overly emotional on the court. but he has great touch on his shots and he can dominate most players down low. and he's a great free throw shooter, he's at 80% so far this year. and he can shoot the three decently, shooting about 36%. for someone who is 7'2, that's absurdly good. defensively, teams don't even try to go down low anymore as he is too much of a force defensively. he can double at the perimeter and is still quick enough to alter someone's shot if they drive down low. even if the sixers wanted to tank, they couldn't b/c embiid is just way too good. ou can see the joy he has when he's playing and you can see how upset he gets when they are losing. he will be the top player in the NBA in a few seasons if he stays healthy. he will also be the face of the franchise and one of the nba's biggest starts for quite sometime.
ben simmons is back at practice and is traveling with the team. but his status for when he returns is unknown. it will likely be in the next few weeks and he'll be at limited minutes too. coach says he's going to play point guard. a 6'10 point guard with his skillset will likely change the dynamics of how teams defend the 76ers.
okafor seems to be a bust. he is a huge liability and just lacks quickness and overall awareness.
nerlins noel was injured to start the year. he is starting to get his form back. he looks fresh now. and he's very quick and has been a force off the bench of late. problem is that he's in a contract year and is not happy with his lack of playing time. behind the scenes, rumors are that he is trying to force a trade.

I guess that's a "corner" of some kind, but they've got a lot of corners still to get to. It's a shame they won't get a full season to put some of the pieces together and see how things work. Another good draft and next season they might actually be a little dangerous.
