Trump uttered these words,
"We’re going to have insurance for everybody. There was a philosophy in some circles that if you can’t pay for it, you don’t get it. That’s not going to happen with us. People covered under the law can expect to have great health care. It will be in a much simplified form. Much less expensive and much better. It’s not going to be their plan. It’ll be another plan. But they’ll be beautifully covered. I don’t want single-payer. What I do want is to be able to take care of people.”
That sounds to me like a plan for universal health insurance for all. "Insurance for everybody", he promised. That doesn't limit anyone's eligibility.
And so, did Trumpcare just become Obamacare on steroids?

Even read the above excerpt to my wife-- who dislikes talking about Trump.
However, this could turn out to be more bogus sales hype from Mr. Snowjob.

The pubs should read the aftermath of what happened to the democrat party regarding the white house.....the pubs held it for 12 years after that.

Whatever it becomes, if it succeeds, does not result in excessive treatment delays or pencil-pushing death panels, and it is truly affordable for all U.S. citizens, then it should be called American Health Care That Works. Either way it goes ........ the egotistically named ObamaCare is doomed. It fits though ------ Obama failed, and so did his socialist healthcare folly.
The first step is for Americans to get it through their thick heads is that we don't owe criminal invaders a damn thing in health care, except for emergency life-saving treatment, after which they are swiftly deported.

Remember, it only takes a majority to pass a bill.

If he can pull this promise off without adding massive debt, I'll be impressed.

If he can pull this promise off without adding massive debt, I'll be impressed. He can't deliver on anything until he has the authority to do so. His first job will be to wipe clean the sand that Obama's legacy was written in. Then he has to begin cutting all these programs that benefit OTHER than U.S citizens. Americans pay American taxes with American dollars. ALL of that should go to benefit AMERICANS. ONLY. You can cut debt by turning off the flow to ungrateful recipients.
Remove all American support of ANY kind from the U.N., and kick that organization OUT of the United States. Without the U.S., the U.N becomes Arena Football, while the U.S. is still the NFL.
Sever all diplomatic and economic ties with Cuba until Raul Castro surrenders his dictatorship, outlaws human rights violations and surrenders his position to a free democratic, capitalist government. Average Cubans make $50 - 200 a MONTH. Yeah they get "free" healthcare, "free" education, and housing subsidies --- but WHO pays for all that "free" stuff? Nothing is free. Yes, Cubans pay taxes, as high as 50%. THIS is the Cuba that Obama praised.www.expatfocus.com/expatriate-cuba-taxationSo if they make $200/month, they could be taxed $100/month. Now THAT is wonderful!!!www.miamiherald.com/news/nation-world/world/americas/cuba/article89133407.html
