No, we know from the prohibition era that outlawing alcohol doesn't work. There must be harsher penalties for drunk driving. As for whether the driver was under the influence of heroin, I have no idea. |

No, we know from the prohibition era that outlawing alcohol doesn't work. There must be harsher penalties for drunk driving. As for whether the driver was under the influence of heroin, I have no idea.
The point I was making is that it is not the tool used (alcohol or a gun), but the criminal actions of the offender that matter. So you are right. Harsher penalties for the OFFENDERS are needed ........ not trying to take away alcohol from responsible people. |
