It's interesting that the Republicon-owned mainstream U.S. media affiliates (Murdoch, McClatchy, et.al.) promptly controlled the narrative about Trump's improbable Electoral College victory by ridiculing the polls (including exit polls) as grossly flawed.
A more likely explanation of Trump's improbable, narrow Electoral College victory (by a combined total of only 40,000 votes in several key swing states) is that the RNC Cross Check system tactically purged up to one million Democratic votes in several RNC-controlled states.
Recall that the true facts about the 56,000 minority vote purges in Florida didn't come to light until well after the stolen 2000 election.
My hunch is that the 2016 exit- and pre-election polls were probably more accurate than people realize.
But the pollsters didn't factor in the Cross Check vote purges by Karl Rove and the Koch-funded Republicon Party.
