Would have to order them sent to my Nevada address. I'll be taking about 75 various magazines of more than ten rounds capacity out of California in about three weeks. July 1st they all become illegal here, even the formerly grandfathered ones and all the 20 and 30 round 'rebuild kits'. Keeping a stash of riveted 30 rounders limited to 10 rounds. In a pinch the rivet can be drilled out in about 2 seconds and, voila, thirty rounds again. Ass holes in Sacramento... |

They grandfathered everyone's 10+ mags the first time they made 10 plusers illegal in '94. Now they're completely slamming the door shut and outlawing EVERYTHING. Keep moving the goal posts ass holes. Possession is a misdemeanor with a $100 fine but it's not clear (as usual) if that's per mag or per offense. 2nd and 3rd offenses escalate the fines. |
