Though it's time to move on, he really said that publicly? PSU will carry that stain, their fans will be the butt of jokes for another generation. And they the fans will always have a "but" in their defense. But it's done and what came out, most folks understood from the beginning. Some of the guilty have been brought to justice, one was buried and others were small fish. Time to move on.

You're right...JUST when you thought it was over, and things were beginning to return to normal... but again, it's PENNSYLVANIA... The story I tell of my experience there with neighbors... After my first couple years; we lived on a corner, just outside of Mechanicsburg, across the river from Harrisburg, the capital...I had a rather large driveway/parking area. My next door neighbor (older gentleman, not in good health) had a snow blower...I paid for the gas, and maintenance, and I did his walkway & drive way, then mine (I was still on active duty and got up early). Not a LOT of snow fall, but once in a while...Well, his daughter & S-I-L sold the house out from under him, and he moved...the NEXT fall, Sharon had a flat tire, and I was putting on the spare, to go get it fixed/replaced. My neighbor across the street had a brand new BMW, stickers still in the window..."Dale, you want to use my car to run over and drop that off?" I declined & continued on ... talked to Jeff about it later and explained my reluctance....a few months later, we got one of those monster storms, and I'm out early, shoveling my drive so Sharon & I can go to work ... Jeff comes out, fires up his old Toro snow blower, does his driveway to be able to get out, looks over at me for a second, puts his snow blower in the garage, and waves at me, (still shoveling) as he drives off to work... go figure...
